Actress Rita Dominic Speaks About Being Single

Unknown to many of her teeming fans, one of the biggest heart aches giving famous thespian, Rita Dominic, sleepless nights is her single status. And the Imo State-born star, who recently clocked 38, has finally bared her mind on the circumstances that led to her being single and searching at almost four scores on earth.

"I don’t talk about my personal life because some years ago, I was in this relationship that became public, and the press killed it. The relationship didn’t work out because the press put a lot of pressure on it and it didn’t work out; since then I decided to guard my personal life jealously.
"After that relationship I met somebody else and we dated for four years. We thought we were almost going to get married but it didn’t work out. I met somebody else and it didn’t work out again so I decided to just concentrate on my work. I embarked on a whole lot of projects, now I’m through with them and I think I am now ready for another. I am single and searching," she said in a chat with Toolz on the Juice.
Hope she finds the right man soon...before it's too late!

“Losing Beyonce is my biggest regret”"- Her first boyfriend speaks

“Losing Beyonce is my biggest regret”"- Her first boyfriend speaks,Lyndell
Beyonce had a boyfriend before Jay-z but they didn’t have s*x(so might be true Jayz met her a virgin) Anyway, she dated Lyndell(now a chef) for 9 years..he cheated on her and they brokeup 12 years ago, shortly after, she met the Boss Jigga.
.In this new interview with The Sun,he opens on his love for her and why he regrets cheating on her 5 times…..says she would have been his if he didn't cheat on her…

On the relationship:
Beyonce was the love of my life and I was hers, so losing her is still my biggest regret. She would say to me all the time, ‘I’m afraid to ever live my life without you Lyndall, I want you to be mine for ever’.
I’ll be honest — it was me that messed everything up and lost her for ever to Jay Z, but I deserved it.
Who cheats on a woman as beautiful as Beyonce? Well, I am that man and it’s something that’ll always haunt me

How he met Beyonce
Met Beyonce through Kelly Rowland during a church youth group session when he was 13, and she was 11.From the first time I saw Beyonce I couldn’t take my eyes off of her. She looked like an angel, the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. We’d hang out after school and almost every night we’d fall asleep talking to each other on the phone.

On not knowing Beyonce could sing
She was just so shy, she was a bit of an outcast at school and didn’t even sing in the choir. For two years I didn’t know she could sing. We spent hours watching movies together and playing Connect 4.Some of our most fun times was when I watched Beyonce, her sister Solange and Kelly performing dance routines. So while I had no idea how good her voice was back then, I certainly knew she could move.

On their first kiss
It was just after Beyonce’s 15th birthday. I surprised her with Brian McKnight concert tickets and it happened that night. I had got popcorn and as we were sitting in our seats I dropped it. As we both went down to grab it we bumped heads, and locked into our first kiss.
We both just looked at each other realizing there was this incredible spark of fireworks between us. It was that fairytale kiss you only hear about in the movies. That was the first feeling of true love between me and Beyonce. Still, to this day, I’ve never had another kiss as passionate as that one.
The bigger star she became, the more I didn’t think I was good enough. One night, when she was out of town, I went to a bar with friends and ended up sleeping with another woman. Over the course of a few years I cheated on her about five times, but I never told her until after we broke up.
She was such a great girl who cared about me deeply, she even wrote her hit Dangerously in Love while we were together. That’s how in love we were back then. Initially my intention was to take a break from our relationship so I could go to culinary school and make a name for myself. But when I headed to Austin to do the course she quickly moved on with her own life.Once she began dating Jay Z, I knew we were doomed and I could never win her back. But I know that no matter what, she will always love me. I will always wonder ‘What if?’ and, given all we shared, I’m sure a part of her must feel the same way.

How I Almost Lost My Life –– Actress Ngozi Nwosu Speaks

Actress Ngozi Nwosu- How I Almost Lost My Life
For Nollywood actress, Ngozi Nwosu, life begins at 50. Having been to what she calls "hell and back", the fair-skinned entertainer may have finally conquered the storm. Bubbling in a celebratory mood, Nwosu was resplendent in a black body fitting dress and blonde weave at an event organised to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday.

Save for a walking stick placed by her side, there was nothing to suggest that the actress recently underwent a surgery. For many years:

She brought laughter to many homes, playing, “Peaceful Peace”, one of the troublesome wives of Chief Fuji in the Amaka Igwe’s soap, Fuji House of Commotion, until she was diagnosed to have a kidney related ailment.

Nevertheless, Ngozi Nwosu said she remained upbeat throughout the ordeal. “I was positive throughout the experience but at a point I thought I would die and not make it to 50. But I have received the grace of God, and He has given me a new lease of life. It is like a second coming to life. God has given me my life, it is a gift I really treasure. And my advice to people is: just live your life, nobody knows tomorrow,” she said.

Unlike some of her colleagues who passed on before financial assistance could arrive, Nwosu has been lucky. Fans, colleagues and the Lagos State Government succeeded in raising the N6m lifeline required to offset her medical expenses in a UK hospital in December. But before respite came, the Imo State-born actress chose to keep mum about the true state of her health, which gave rise to a series of speculations.

Her silence was because she wanted to handle the situation on her own. She explained to Punch, “I felt it was something I could handle on my own. So, it was as if I turned a deaf ear, thinking and praying that it would be over soon; until God said, ‘No, my daughter, I will handle it the best way for you', and here I am today.”

Between February and April, she had been undergoing treatment in the UK. In past interviews, Nwosu, who has been out of the acting scene in the last two years, said she was initially diagnosed of pile (haemorrhoid), and had an operation. She had already resumed working until she discovered that she had developed some issues with her kidneys.

Choosing not to comment on her personal life, thick-skinned Nwosu said she couldn’t be bothered about the speculations at the time.

She, however, declined to give more details on the nature of the ailment and treatment abroad.

“They (critics) said so many crazy things but I don’t want to think about it. I just want to thank God that I am alive today. I also thank the critics because they have contributed to making me strong and alive to prove them wrong. To those who felt this was the end of Ngozi Nwosu, I just want to tell them that this is just the beginning of Ngozi Nwosu.”

She also discarded reports making the round that she had been sighted at various movie locations. She explained: “I have only gone on the set of Fuji House of Commotion because I played a major role there, because they had been waiting for me all along and had run out of episodes. So I just had to be there to play a little of my role. It is just to tell people that I am still alive and I will be back on track.”

While she admitted her readiness to take up new scripts, the key word for now, according to her, is moderation. “I still need to rest, and if I have to work, I’ll do that at my own pace. I’m not going back to work fully. You will see that my gait is not really smooth. For now, I’m using a walking stick and that is going to take some time. I will be taking everything at my own pace, until I get back to the normal Ngozi Nwosu,” she noted.

Sounding a word of advice to her colleagues in the movie industry, Nwosu said, “They should always take time out to do medical checkups. Since the time I got sick, there are many people that have dropped dead. But I am still alive, I went through death and I am still alive.”

On her relationship with fellow actors, she has this to say, “I don’t have friends in the industry. When you are rich they are your friends, but when you are not, they leave you. Most of them are a flash in the pan so I can’t keep them.”

Looking forward to the future with bright expectations, Nwosu is already dreaming big, hoping to regain national prominence. “I wish for myself the best things of life. In fact I just wish someone can come and park the latest car in my house, and build a house for me. I don’t want my case to be like that of the Nigerian flag designer, Taiwo Akinkunmi, who almost died before they recognised him,” she noted.
